Aaliah Hartley is an Emmy-Award winning producer and works in all aspects of film and video production. She began her career working on documentary series for Rocky Mountain PBS' programs including Chef Driven, Colorado Experience and Emmy-Award winning Standing in the Gap. Shortly after, she went back to school at MSU Denver to get her degree in Film Production Studies. For the past year she has worked with creative start-ups and non-profits, telling their unique stories through video and photography with her freelance business; Exalted Productions. She also produces, shoots, directs, edits, script supervises and more for other film and video productions. This year, she was Associate Producer for Beyond Driven, a feature length documentary on the women of Formula 1 racing which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival as well as the Petersen Auto Museum in Los Angeles. Her own short film A Nightmare on VR Street premiered this year at the Emerging Filmmakers Project in Denver. She aspires to produce and direct her own documentaries and narrative films in the future.
